Rachael’s space was so beautiful, I would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance. <br/>From the moment I booked the space Rachael got in contact with me and provided detailed directions for getting there. At arrival the location was easy to access. The house was super clean and absolutely relaxing/beautiful. The views from the deck are stunning.<br/>You can tell that Rachael thought of everything for this space and it made for a relaxing and private weekend. I had everything I needed in the space to do some light cooking and with how clean everything was I felt right at home.<br/>Will definitely book this space again if I have the chance!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the lake house! The view was stunning and just as advertised. As soon as we got there we felt right at home. Rachael was responsive, friendly, and even gave us great recommendations for food. When we noticed that the hot tub water level was slightly low and let Rachael know, she had someone come by the same day to fill it up. This is top notch service and everything you can ask for with an Airbnb experience. You will not regret your decision to stay!

We had a great time at Rachel‘s place. It is a cute cottage set up on a hill overlooking a beautiful lake. The views are outstanding. The home was very well kept, well stocked and clean. We had never been to this part of the country and will absolutely return again. For anyone looking for a quiet and romantic getaway, I would highly recommend this cottage.

Rachel was such an amazing host! Her beautiful retreat was exactly what we were looking for! We ended up experiencing some snowy weather, therefore the driveway needed to be cleared. Rachel did everything she could to get the powers out to the cabin. She went above and beyond for us, as well as gave us some great ideas on places to eat and things to do! Great place for our visit to the Finger Lakes. The neighborhood is super quiet and very peaceful. Beautiful view of the lake from the deck as well as from the massive doors leading outside. The kitchen is well stocked , well laid out. The hot tub is a lovely way to relax in the evening. Very clean and comfortable. Rachael was very proactive making sure our<br/>stay was perfect.

We had a great stay at Rachael’s place near Rushville. It was very private and quiet during our trip. The view of the lake was great. There was plenty to do (hiking, wineries, and places to eat) within a 15-20 minute drive. We’d definitely go back if we’re in the area. This listing provided a peaceful space for my husband and I to enjoy a two day trip to the Finger Lakes, NY. We loved the warm and inviting decor, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. We especially loved the windows that offered stunning views of the lake, and we took advantage of both the hot tub and projector both nights we were here. A few things to note: the driveway to the listing is very steep, so you'll want to take a vehicle that can handle the incline (i.e. a truck). Both the property's driveway and the street that the listing sits on are pitch-black dark at night, and although I know nothing can be done about the street itself, it would be nice if the driveway could have some light to help with parking as well as overall safety. Although we felt safe during our stay, it was unnerving using the hot tub and not being able to see any of our surroundings (luckily the hot tub is underneath some string lights). Overall we would love to stay here again (maybe in the summer)!

This was our first trip to the Finger Lakes and Rachael’s place really made it magical. Super cute cottage inside, a beautiful and large deck that was perfect for sunsets, and an awesome hot tub. Rachael was amazing and provided some great recommendations. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back!

This was a very nice place, everything was as advertised. Lots of towels to use, which was nice. A couple things to note: there is no dining room table or dishwasher in this place. It was ok for us because we had nice weather and could sit outside, and also there was only 2 of us. Location was beautiful for watching sunsets and close to the town of Canandaigua; but beach access was 1.5 miles down the road, so not super close if walking.

We had a very nice stay at Sunset Sanctuary. The space was very clean and had all amenities to stay in and cook our own meals as much as we wanted to. Rachel was very responsive and also proactive with reaching out to make sure we were pleased with the house during our stay. We were looking for something private and quiet and most certainly got that. I highly recommend for any couple looking to have a quiet getaway.

Rachael’s place is truly something special! The sunrises and sunsets were incredible and we felt right at home staying there! Another amazing perk was the night sky! You can literally see every star above you…beyond incredible! We didn’t have many questions…mostly bc she clearly explained her check in process and all the house had to offer before we could ask them! Her response time to any and all questions we did have was basically immediate. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone! The house was so cozy and super clean! She even has another location that’s much bigger which we’re considering doing a group trip! Thank you Rachael for having us and making our first finger lakes trip unforgettable!
