Guest Bedroom (First Floor)Conveniently located on the ground floor, this serene bedroom offers a queen-size bed and is positioned directly beside a shared full bathroom — ideal for guests who prefer minimal stair use.⸻3. Guest/Kid’s Bedroom (First Floor) — with TVDesigned for younger guests or additional family members, this cozy room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with sturdy frames. It is adjacent to both the guest bedroom and the shared bathroom, providing convenience and flexibility.⸻4. Family Room (Second Floor)This open-concept space on the upper level is perfect for relaxation or gathering. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a combination of both, our home is equipped to accommodate your stay with ease and style.Guest access🅿️ Designated-Parking Instruction: The driveway behind the gate and the empty lot next door, located immediately to the right of the BBQ and deck, are part of our property, and you are welcome to use them for parking. If you have guests visiting and there isn’t enough space in our driveway, they may park in the empty lot as well.‼️ We kindly ask that you avoid parking on the street whenever possible.Other things to note1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please inform us in advance if you require alternative arrangements.2. For your privacy, we do not have any cameras inside the home. Exterior cameras are located on the property.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking after your stay will incur an additional charge of $250.4. Guests are required to report any damages to the property immediately.5. While we do our best to minimize these encounters, nature can sometimes find its way in — especially in lush, bayfront areas like ours.As these elements are part of the natural coastal setting and beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding. Such a beautiful spot! The place had everything board games, pool table, ping pong, and foosball. We even got to fish right off the deck which was super relaxing. Had a beautiful time with family and friends. The house was clean, cozy, and just had really good vibes overall. Definitely would stay again!

The property was very well equipped & was able to accommodate our large party. The covered BBQ island was great for entertaining & sheltered us from some of the bad weather we encountered, letting the party continue. The private dock & fishing equipment helped keep the kids entertained. Overall it was an awesome getaway. Trang was very quick to respond to our messages and requests. See you next year!!!

It was amazing coming into town for the holiday weekend and spending it here with family. Finding this property only a couple of weeks in advance must have been destiny. We had a seafood boil one day and brought our crab traps, but when we put them out there we’re already several crab traps with crabs in there. We caught 13-16 the first day and another 10 the next day. We were able to fish, cook, celebrate and just enjoy some time together. Thank you for your hospitality.
